Beezar Audio provides shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx). Shipping is provided to any location in the world where these services will ship. The shipping service on Beezar allows for a choice among options of different service and cost. Beezar.com links directly with the USPS, UPS, and FedEx rate servers to obtain rates in real-time for your shopping cart items. Note that you can easily see the shipping options for a prospective order by simply viewing the checkout page without ever completing the payment process. A small handling charge has been added to cover Beezar packaging costs with most rates. So the rates will be slightly higher than you may find by filling in your order’s weight directly on the shipping service’s respective website.

Beezar Audio endeavors to include a wide selection of shipping service choices. Comparison costs are shown in the Checkout. Please remember that shipping times will increase substantially with lower cost service options and that some features - such as insurance and tracking within the destination country - may not be available at all with lower cost services. Note in particular, insurance is not possible with USPS First Class Package International shipping. However, Beezar.com will endeavor to insure all orders over $100 at our cost. For international orders over $100, if a shipping choice is made that does not allow insurance, Beezar Audio may require that you alter your shipping service selection to allow insurance coverage. You may be contacted directly to make this alteration in your order and additional payment will be requested.

For high-cost, specialty items (generally over $1,000 USD), Beezar Audio may contact you directly to negotiate a shipping method, regardless of the shipping method selected in the checkout. In all cases, Beezar Audio reserves the right to select the shipping method used. Every effort will be made to select a shipping method suitable to both you and Beezar Audio. However, in the unlikely event that a suitable shipping method is not agreed upon by both parties, Beezar Audio reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

Note on 1st Class Package International
Please note that for US Post Office package service (not letter envelopes), "1st Class" is really a misnomer. It is the lowest quality shipping available for a package. In the case of "1st Class Package International Service", no tracking is available in the destination country (outside the USA). You can look up tracking during the first days of receiving a shipment notice from Beezar.com, but once the package has arrived in the destination country, tracking is only available if the destination country's Postal service provides that information to the US Post Office. If a week or more has passed since the tracking indicated that it arrived in the destination country, you may get no tracking information at all - only a note that tracking for that shipment is no longer available. This only means that the package has arrived in the destination country. However, the destination country may still hold the package in their own customs for quite some time. Generally speaking, 2-3 weeks to receive your order is average for a 1st Class Package International shipment. That can vary by plus or minus one week. Occasionally, it may vary more than that.

Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please use our Contact Us page to request a possible return and refund. Please provide as much information about your order and your reasons for requesting a refund in the Contact Us e-mail. Each request will be evaluated on an individual basis. Beezar.com will make every attempt to resolve your problem in a courteous, expeditious manner.
